Refund & Return Policy

Returns
Unopened, unused decks may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

To start a return:
Email hello@spiritdogco.com with your order number.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, please send a photo and your order number to hello@spiritdogco.com.
We’ll send a replacement at no cost.

Change of Mind
Currently, we do not accept returns for used/opened decks or change of mind once the seal has been broken.
